If the item or order is not complete upon delivery a replacement or subsequent delivery of the missing part will be arranged. The costs will be liable to us – Agriton Direct .
However this will only take place on the condition that this is reported as soon as possible and within 14 days.
If you have any doubts about the quality of the item, please notify us by email (support@agritondirect.co.uk) before returning the product as you found it.
Return payments will be made as soon as possible, but in most cases within 14 days.
It is your legal right that after receipt of the goods purchased “at a distance” you will be given a cooling-off period of 14 days. If you wish to return the product, you must inform us within these 14 days.
Return the order (or part thereof) within 28 days of receipt of your order. It is not necessary to state reasons. Email us with the necessary information that you will find below:

• Must still be in the original packaging
• Any seals must therefore not be broken.
After receipt of the return shipment, you will receive the total purchase amount within 14 days at the latest.
